采棉人 Cotton Collector - 游子

她（他）们又被称作“季节性拾花工”，在棉花成熟的初秋，如候鸟迁徙般从各地集中前往新疆抢摘棉花，在霜降来临前才完工离开。每年的采棉时节，这群以河南、山东、安徽、甘肃、陕西等地妇女为主力的采棉队伍涌现在火车站，创造了相当于春运的运量。数以百万计的采棉人，逐渐形成了蔚为大观的跨越东西的农民工大迁移。
They are called Seasonal Collecter, who come to Xinjiang from all over China like migrant birds at the beginning of autumn when cotton are mature and leave after everthing is done. During the season, huge groups of women from Henan, Shandong, Anhui, Gansu Shanxi and so on would emerge in the railway station, in the same scale of the Spring Transport. Thousands of cotton collectors make a great migration across the east and the west.
